- Platform Insights & Analytics: Page views, engagement metrics, follower counts, and post performance data obtained through official platform APIs.
- Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number of business representatives for service communication.
- Website Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs when you visit weare904digitalmedia.com, collected via standard web analytics tools.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information exclusively for:
- Publishing and scheduling social media content on your authorized Pages and accounts.
- Responding to comments, reviews, and messages on your behalf as contracted.
- Generating performance reports and insights for your campaigns.
- Maintaining and updating your business listings and profiles.

- Complying with legal obligations and platform terms of service.

4. Meta Platform Data
When you authorize our application to access your Facebook Pages or Instagram Business Accounts, we receive permissions including (but not limited to):pages_manage_posts,pages_read_engagement,instagram_content_publish, and related permissions.
- Data accessed via Meta APIs is used solely to provide the social media management services you hired us to perform.
- We do not sell, license, or transfer Meta user data to any third party.
- We do not use Meta data to target advertising or build profiles beyond your own account analytics.
- Access tokens are stored securely and are never shared outside our service infrastructure.
- You may revoke our access at any time through your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
- We comply fully with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Trusted vendors who help us operate our business (e.g., cloud hosting, scheduling tools) under confidentiality agreements and with access limited to what they need to perform their function.
- Platform APIs: Data is transmitted to Meta, Google, and other platforms as required to execute your contracted services (e.g., posting content to your Page).
