The 904 Booking Hub
Your bookings, payments, and reviews — handled while you're on the job.
Customers book themselves. Invoices get paid by card. Follow-ups and Google review asks go out on their own. Built in Jacksonville, runs from your phone.
(1) The 9pm problem
The work isn't the hard part. It's everything after the work.
You finish the last job, and the second shift starts at the kitchen table: texting back the three people who asked for a quote, chasing the invoice from last Tuesday, trying to remember whether you asked anyone for a review this month. Five apps, a paper calendar, and a bank app. That hour every night is where local businesses quietly lose customers — not because the work was bad, but because nobody answered fast enough.
(2) What it takes off your plate
Four things you do every night. Now they happen on their own.
- 01
Bookings
Customers pick a time on your page and it lands on your calendar. You confirm with one tap, and the Hub nudges you if a request sits unanswered — so nobody slips through while you're under a car or on a roof.
- 02
Payments
Send an invoice from the job, get paid by card on the customer's phone, and let the Hub chase the unpaid ones for you on a schedule you pick. Connect Square with one button; Stripe works too.
- 03
Customer messages
Booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts go out automatically from your business name. Every conversation — text and email — sits in one inbox, unanswered ones first.
- 04
Google reviews
When a job is done, the Hub asks for the review — by text, with email as the backup — and sends the customer straight into Google's review box. One tap from you, or none.

We'd rather show you a small true number than a big made-up one. Ask us for the live Hub view on any of these.
(4) Try it
This is a live booking page. Go ahead — tap through it.
Coastal Cuts is our demo shop. Pick a service and a time and you'll see exactly what your customers would see — on their phone, with your name on it.
(5) See it on your business
Tell us what you run on today.
We'll load your services into the Hub and show it working on your business — before you decide anything.
Is it for you?
Built for the one-truck, one-chair, one-location business.
Detailers, cleaners, barbers, event rentals, lawn care, med spas, tutors — anyone whose customers need a time on a calendar and an invoice afterward. If you're a franchise with a call center, we're probably not your tool. If you're the person who answers the phone and does the job, we built this for you.
Questions
Good to know
No. The Hub gives you a booking page and a review link that work on their own, and we can drop a booking button onto the site you already have. If you do want the site rebuilt, that's the other thing we do — and we'd wire the two together.
We'll quote it on the demo call once we've seen your services and volume — and we'll tell you honestly if a free tool would serve you just as well. No contracts; 30 days' notice is all we ask.
The Hub does, from your business name, on the schedule you set. You can turn any of it off with one tap. Customers can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and we honor it.
Connect Square with one button, or paste your Stripe key once. Card payments go straight to your account — 904 never touches your money.
You'll set it up on your phone in a few minutes, and we're on the other end of a text if anything's unclear. If a screen ever needs instructions to understand, we consider that our bug.
That's the exact gap the 904 Booking Hub fills. Your customers get a booking page (or a Book button on your site) where they pick a service and a time; you confirm with one tap. After the job you send an invoice from your phone and they pay by card through your own Square or Stripe account. Confirmations, reminders, receipts, and the Google review ask go out on their own. It's built for one-person and one-location businesses in Jacksonville, not for franchises.
For a one-truck or one-chair business, yes — it covers the four things those tools are usually bought for (online booking, card invoicing, customer messages, review requests) with a one-tap design and a local team on the other end of a text. Those platforms go deeper on dispatching crews, route optimization, and multi-location scheduling; if you run several trucks with a dispatcher, one of them is probably the better fit, and we'll say so on the demo call. The Hub is the right size for the owner who answers the phone and does the work.
904 Digital Media does — we build custom-coded websites and wire the Booking Hub's Book button and review link into them, so the site and the booking system come from the same team and work together from day one. You can also keep the site you have and just add the Hub's booking button to it.
It asks every customer, every time, the right way: a text (email as the backup) the moment a job is marked done, with a link that opens straight into Google's review box. We never buy reviews or gate unhappy customers away from Google; the ask simply invites anyone who wasn't happy to reply to you first so you can make it right. Consistent asking is what moves a review count — the Hub makes it automatic.
