Data Deletion

1. Overview

904 Digital Media ("we," "us," or "our") is a digital marketing agency that manages Facebook Pages, Instagram Business Accounts, and Google Business Profiles on behalf of our business clients. This page explains how you can request the deletion of any data we hold about you, including data obtained through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) platform permissions. This is our official Data Deletion Instructions page as required by Meta's Platform Terms.

2. What Data We Hold

When you authorize our application, we may store the following in connection with your engagement:

• — Access tokens for your authorized Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts.

• — Page and account metadata (names and IDs) used to route content to the correct destination.

• — Published post IDs, timestamps, and engagement metrics used for your reporting.

• — Business contact information provided during onboarding.

We do not sell, license, or transfer this data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

3. How to Request Deletion

You can have all of your data deleted using either method below.

• — Email us. Send a request to ryan@weare904digitalmedia.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account involved. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 7 business days, then email you to confirm it is done.

• — Revoke access yourself (immediate). Open Facebook Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations (or Apps and Websites), select 904 Digital Media, and choose Remove. This immediately invalidates our access tokens for your account. We then purge any remaining stored data within 30 days.

4. What Happens After a Request

• — All access tokens associated with your account are revoked immediately.

• — All stored data described in Section 2 is permanently deleted within 7 business days of an emailed request (within 30 days if you self-revoke without emailing us).

• — We retain only the minimum records required by law (for example, billing records), and nothing that includes your Meta platform data.

• — You receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
