Website Migration & Redesign in Jacksonville
Stuck on a slow, pricey page builder? Our website migration service moves Jacksonville businesses to a hand-coded site we host. Your content, redirects and email come with you.
Every old URL redirected · Forms tested before the switch · 5.0 on Google
What does a website migration include?
A 904 migration is a rebuild, not a copy-paste. We pull every page, image and post, rebuild it custom-coded (same design unless you want new), redirect every old URL, test every form, and move your domain with its email and DNS intact.
What's included
— Every page, image and blog post carried over
— A permanent redirect from every old URL, so links and Google follow you
— Forms rebuilt, tested and routed to your inbox before launch
— Every DNS record kept: email (MX), SPF, DKIM, DMARC and site verifications
— A page-for-page match or a full redesign, your call
— No page builder on the other side, and no builder subscription
How a migration works
1. We export before we touch anything
Before any change, we export your DNS records and pull every page, image and post. On Cloudflare, that export takes thirty seconds and saves hours later.
2. Rebuild, then preview
We rebuild it custom-coded and send a private preview link. Click through it on your phone before your customers see a thing.
3. Every record first, then the switch
We recreate every DNS record at the new host, not just the website ones, so email never blinks. Then we point the domain and verify it with Vercel's own tools, not by eye.
4. Cancel the old host last
The old hosting goes only after the new site runs clean for a few days and your email no longer depends on it.
Sites we've moved
Christwalk Church and Sharp Designs & Events came off Squarespace. Tessi Landscaping left a slow, template-locked page builder, rebuilt page for page with the same layout, copy and photos. Its quote forms were tested and live before the old site went dark. Zero missed leads.
Dorsey Builders and Laser Loft got the same rebuild. Both now grow without a builder's limits.
“The best company I’ve ever worked with when it comes to my digital design from my website. I highly recommend them.”
What does a website migration cost?
Migrations are quoted per site: a five-page site and a 200-post blog are different jobs. For reference, new builds are $2,950 (up to 15 pages) or $3,950 (unlimited), plus $150/mo hosting and maintenance. See our pricing page. Your fixed quote comes after we see your current site.
Questions
Will my site look different?
Not unless you want it to. We match your design page for page, or redesign it if the old look is part of the problem.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Moves lose rankings when redirects go missing. We map every old URL to its new page, carry over titles and descriptions, and give Google a fresh sitemap on launch day. Expect some movement for a few weeks; the redirects are how it recovers.
What happens to my email?
Nothing, if the move is done right. Email runs on DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) most moves forget. We recreate every one before the switch.
What happens to my old hosting?
We cancel it only after the new site runs clean for a few days and your domain and email no longer depend on the old host.
Can I still make changes myself?
Most clients text us a screenshot and we make the change. Prefer to edit yourself? We can add a simple editor for the parts you change most.
